Shipping & Fulfillment

Standard Handling: For instruments currently in stock, please allow 3-5 business days for final acoustic setup and secure casing. If a model is out of stock, your purchase will secure a fresh build directly from the luthier’s workbench. These made-to-order instruments typically require 2 to 4 weeks for crafting, depending on the master’s schedule.

Batch & Custom Orders: For orders of multiple instruments (2 or more) or custom-built commissions, please allow 20-25 business days for the luthier to manufacture and prepare the instruments. We will keep you updated on the progress of your build.

Delivery Estimate: This instrument ships directly from the original Ibrahim Sukkar workshop via Lebanon. Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days, though transit times may vary depending on the destination country’s customs and postal services.

About the Maker: Ibrahim Sukkar

Ibrahim Sukkar is a renowned master luthier from the Levant, celebrated for reviving and modernizing traditional Oud craftsmanship. A Mechanical Engineer by training and a musician by passion, Sukkar combines acoustic physics with traditional artistry.

Since establishing his workshop in 1989, he has pioneered several innovations in Oud stability and sound projection, including unique internal neck-adjustment mechanisms. Sukkar is an internationally awarded craftsman, having received accolades at prestigious music festivals in Egypt, Oman, Qatar, and Morocco. When you play a Sukkar Oud, you are playing an instrument built with engineering precision and a musician’s soul.
