Yes. Because we ship these authentic instruments directly from the original makers internationally, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their specific country. These fees are not included in the purchase price.

Absolutely. Our instruments are shipped either inside a custom-fitted, heavy-duty fiberglass hard case, or a dedicated wooden box alongside a padded gig bag and protective materials to ensure maximum protection. We then securely pack every order to withstand the rigors of international travel, guaranteeing it arrives in perfect condition.

Yes! Our master artisans accept commissions for custom specifications, including wood selection, dimensions, and tuning preferences. Custom builds typically require 20-25 days to manufacture. Please use our Contact page to discuss your vision and we will match you with the perfect luthier.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The instrument must be returned in its original, unmodified condition alongside its protective hard case. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Every instrument carries the official internal maker’s label of its respective artisan. Because every piece is commissioned and shipped directly from the original luthier’s workbench specifically for your order, we guarantee it has never passed through third-party warehouses. Furthermore, specific models feature exclusive engineering signatures—such as the proprietary internal adjustable neck mechanism found in our Sukkar builds—that standard mass-manufacturers simply cannot replicate.
